Plan with a Global Freight Network from China

Check route fit for air freight from China, ocean freight from China or China-Europe rail freight. The final origin, destination and delivery scope can be confirmed through the freight quote form.

A global freight network from China is useful only when the origin gateway, destination gateway and last-mile handoff fit the cargo. Air routes depend on chargeable weight, acceptance, cutoff and destination airport. Ocean routes add container or CFS handling, sailing schedules and destination charges. Rail requires a suitable terminal pair, border route and final truck connection. Express remains a separate parcel network with its own dimensional and commodity rules.

Sendwin checks the route against the supplier location, cargo-ready date, carton dimensions, gross weight, product description, declared value and required delivery date. The quote should say whether service begins at the factory or an origin terminal and whether it ends at an airport, port, rail terminal, commercial address, residence or Amazon fulfillment center. Customs, duty, tax, appointment, unloading and remote-area responsibilities must be stated separately.

Use one cargo record when comparing gateways. Changing the dimensions, ready date or delivery postcode can change the practical route. For several suppliers, consolidate only after agreeing the receiving list, exception rule and dispatch cutoff. For urgent inventory, consider a split shipment so a small quantity moves by air while the balance uses ocean or rail, with separate labels and documents for each movement.

Build an exception path before cargo leaves China. Identify who responds to a carrier rejection, missed cutoff, customs question, terminal storage notice or failed delivery. The route plan should include contact points, evidence required for an insurance claim and the decision deadline for switching modes. That operating detail is more useful than a broad coverage claim because it explains how the shipment will be managed when the original plan changes.

Reconfirm the same route assumptions after final packing and before collection, especially when several suppliers or different delivery locations are involved.
